Start the day with the Richmond Noticeboard newsletter

Would you like all the latest Richmond news dropped in your email inbox for breakfast time? The Richmond Noticeboard newsletter is delivered at 7am so you’ve chance to catch up before work.
The newsletter contains all the items posted into the Noticeboard for the previous day so will typically include a mix of;
– interviews with local people
– videos made by people in the town
– news headlines about Richmond from the local, regional and national media
– events and other announcements from  other local sites such as Richmond Online
– details of community events posted by contributors from the town
– planning applications made to Richmondshire Council
– reports of council meetings
– interesting tweets from local people, and organisations

We only send the items out once a day, and that’s if there’s something to say. Great for people on the go to touch base without the need to search things out online.

  1. Would love to use this site to promote the Richmond First Tuesday of the Month Chic Vintique Fairs which are held in the Town Hall the next one is on 4th June 9.30 -3.30 and will include around 16 stands with everything from jewellery to anntiques and collectables, vintage and retro arts, crafts and a Tarot card reader. We are also having a mini fashion event with models dressed in vintage fashions. All details from http://www.brevents.co.uk

    • Hi Bridget, you are VERY welcome to use this site to promote your event. The Noticeboard is free and open to all. There’s instructions on how to list your event here: http://richmond.n0tice.com/about. Once you’ve logged into n0tice, you need to choose ‘post’ and then ‘events’.
      In addition people might see your comment too. The things posted into the noticeboard also go out in a newsletter on weekday mornings so you might want to bear that in mind for future events. It maybe that at some stage we create a shared calendar if there’s enough people who post events. Would that be of interest? Hope the fair goes well and thanks for getting in touch. Sarah
